This affirmation comes from the Team preparing the international Meeting of the \u2018Friends\u2019 of <em>Together for Europe<\/em>, which is scheduled for Saturday November 6, 2021. <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The team informs that \u201con that day, we will look at the causes and try to propose solutions\u201d. Therefore, it\u2019s not surprising that this year\u2019s Meeting is entitled \u201cPolarization \u2013 Reconciliation \u2013 Reconciled Diversity\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The issue will be analyzed and studied in-depth by contributions covering diverse perspectives.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.focolare.org\/en\/news\/2021\/02\/01\/margaret-karram-is-the-new-president-of-the-focolare-movement-2\/?highlight=Margaret%20Karram\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Margaret Karram<\/a>, the new President of the Focolare Movement, will offer a viewpoint from outside Europe. She was born in Haifa (Israel), and from a tender age, her life was marked by dialogue in a context of religious and cultural diversities. In 2013 she was awarded the Mount Zion Prize for reconciliation.<\/p>\n<p>Another keynote speech will be delivered by Gerhard Pross, of YMCA Esslingen (Germany).<\/p>\n<p>The national committees of several European nations will share their commitment at a local level.<\/p>\n<p>Nevertheless, of equal importance will be the sharing of experiences and ideas between the participants at the Meeting during the group meetings. When we are together, we experience new illuminations in our quest for new pathways \u2013 this time \u201cto move from polarization toward a reconciled diversity all over Europe\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Due to the pandemic, the Meeting will be held in a hybrid form. A small group, gathered at Castel Gandolfo (Rome), will welcome the participants via Zoom.<\/p>\n<p><em>Cornelia K.
